I guess I'll have to admit it. Your cleaning system works. The test area done a year ago is still very white. While I must say that I am surprised; I am relieved to know that we at Target do now have a viable alternative to total ceiling replacement.

I am writing to praise and highly recommend the superior services rendered by your company.

Recently, your company cleaned our 68,000 Square Feet Target Store ceiling and grids. The work was performed in seven days overnight with absolutely no odor or disruptions to our shoppers. Our ceiling tile was the original, estimated to be at least 25 years old, and the finished product performed by this organization looks like a brand new ceiling. All gondolas and merchandise was carefully covered, there was no loss due to breakage, and absolutely no resultant clean-up to perform after their exit from the building. The team was extremely cooperative and attentive to our needs and requests as well, as this project was conducted simultaneously with a fourteen team, major stockroom remodel in progess.

Your company is to be highly commended for the dedication and attention to detail. Your company persented your services in an organized professional manner and communicated frequently during the project. In fact, the office areas were cleaned at no charge!

The National Ceiling, Wall & Lighting Network recently had the opportunity to service Target Stores, once again.

This time, Target needed us to clean 88,000 square feet of ceiling grids, diffusers, sprinklers and speaker grills, located in Tennessee.

And, this national contractor needed us a month ahead of schedule. Because we know that general contractors sometime need us to be flexible, we immediately sent our top operational crew the next following week to take care of this 88,000 square feet cleaning of ceiling grid cleaning, including diffusers, sprinklers and speaker grills. This project was completed in 18 Hours, "that's right", setting the National Record for delivering the cleaning services with superior results.

Dear Mr. Caruso

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you, Mr. Caruso and your staff for all the great work you have performed for us over the last couple of years.

We have had nothing but positive comments from all the facilities you have worked in throughout our nine state area exchange plus comments from the New England Exchange where you worked on the Plattsburgh AFB facilities.

It is nice to be able to work with one contractor out of one office that can cover the major part of the continental United States. In almost every other situation we have to waste valuable time seeking out new local contractors and drawing up new contracts with them and hoping they would work out. By-the-way, the Wright-Patterson Four Seasons store manager still swears that we added additional lighting to her store, while as we know, the merit goes to the great cleaning job your people did to change that 21-year old ceiling back to white.

I would also like to thank you for the fine clean-up job your people did and the protective measures they took while working over millions of dollars of merchandise - even while work is in progress. Our managers were nervous about this at first, but all went well. Your people did a great job. An important note also goes to the nice uniform shirts they wear which is another sign of your seriousness and professionalism as a business.

You may also know that our company is on the cutting edge of ecological issues. There are alot of us who are exited about not having to dump old tiles in land fills, worried about possible dangerous effects for the future. With your cleaning methods we are recycling the existing tiles, protecting the environment and still saving money. In my book, it doesn't get any better than that.

Again, thank you for your excellent work, seriousness and rapid response. As Cheif Facilities Manager for the Midwest Sales District, you have made my job easier and more effective. My sincere thanks for a job well done.
